TSUNAMI VISUAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC., ANNOUNCES EXCLUSIVE
DISTRIBUTING AGREEMENT WITH NAMCO EUROPE

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - February 28, 2001, Fremont, California.

Tsunami Visual Technologies, Inc., announced today they have signed an
exclusive distribution contract with Namco Europe for the United Kingdom, and
later will also assist Tsunami for their introduction into European marketplace.
Brent Sales, a well-known UK distributor owned by Namco Europe, will be the
primary source of TsuMo™ distribution of the UK and European Markets.

TsuMo™ Tsunami's motion-base multi-game system, made its first
international debut in January at the ATEI 2001 Show in London. Based on
viewing the response to TsuMo™ at the earlier IAAPA 2000 Show in Orlando,
Namco invited Tsunami to exhibit a TsuMo™ unit in their booth. Interest in the
piece grew tremendously at the ATEI Show, quickly making the TsuMo™ with
the Beach Head 2000 software one of the most popular attractions there. At
the conclusion of the second day of the show, Namco and Tsunami had
reached a verbal agreement regarding the exclusive distribution on TsuMo™
in the UK.

buying a system and not a game. Wherever it has been shown it's been a
major talking point. The out of home entertainment value is such that I believe
